Tiberius has now prepared a new and informed design for the mixed-use precinct, seeking to strategically benefit the community.

WELL-LOCATED HOMES AND AMENITIES TO SUPPORT A GROWING COMMUNITY​

The site is strategically located to support the NSW Government's vision to create 30-minute cities where people can live within 30-minutes travel time to their jobs. This proposal benefits the Holroyd community specifically as:

Homes will be delivered close to employment opportunities

Future residents will be highly connected to established transport networks as well as education infrastructure

New on-site amenities including supermarket retail space will deliver essential services to the community

Access to diverse and affordable housing options will increase
​

The development of new homes will boost the local economy.

GENERATING
LOCAL JOBS ​​​​​​
​​​​​​​Proposed retail and commercial spaces will contribute to future employment on the site, and is estimated to generate approximately:​

423 ongoing jobs when operational,

3,602 local jobs during construction.

IMPROVED PUBLIC OPEN SPACE​​​​​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If the proposal is approved, Tiberius will improve the communities access to open and green space including:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​A park (approximately 7,700sqm) for resident and public use

Providing pedestrian connections from the site to Holroyd Sports Ground.

BETTER CONNECTIONS​​​​

​​​​Proposed improvements to existing and future pedestrian and cycle paths including:

​​​​​​​​​​Widening Crescent Street and upgrading the Crescent Street and Woodville Road intersection

New pedestrian footpaths and access arrangements to the site

A private shuttle bus service between the site and Parramatta Station.
