THE PRECINCT
Crescent Parklands is an exciting opportunity to create a vibrant new precinct within 30-minutes walk of major employment centres and transport links at Parramatta, Harris Park, Merrylands and Granville.
Aligned with the NSW Government vision for all Greater Sydney residents to live within 30-minutes of their jobs, education, healthcare, services, and recreational facilities. The Crescent Parklands proposal advances this goal by creating a vibrant new precinct in the Greater Parramatta and Central River City area.
The site at 1 Crescent Street, Holroyd was formerly WesTrac’s NSW Operational Headquarters.
The Crescent Parklands proposal will deliver a diverse range of housing options, including affordable housing, to address Greater Sydney’s growing demand. Expansive public open spaces, featuring a new public park and improved pedestrian links to the Holroyd Sports Ground, will enhance community connectivity. Additionally, integrated retail and commercial spaces will establish Crescent Parklands as a vibrant local destination, fostering community engagement and generating valuable local jobs to support the region's economic growth.

The images presented on this website are artistic renderings of the envisioned precinct and are intended to provide a conceptual representation. They do not depict final designs and may be subject to significant changes based on future planning approvals and regulatory requirements.
